Posture, Ergonomics and Strength Training based on the Pilates method of exercise.
Do both sides, and hold stretches for 30+ seconds. Do 3x/day if you are experiencing chronic pain, tingling and/or numbness.These stretches should be a part of all computer users daily routine. Also great for knitters, crocheters, artists and musicians.
